Our Story
While in the first year of my bachelor I heard many of my friends struggling with finding the right educational support for their journey. I quickly fell in love with the problem and I start conducting some customer interviews to understand what the difficulties were. After some research, I tested out my idea with a super-simple basic concept (a WhatsApp account with a list of the tutors' schedules on an Excel files). Although it was really scrappy and not at all fancy, I was able to quickly validate the problem given the strong traction I received almost immediately.
With some of the money made out of the first concept and some more made through waiting tables I invested in creating the first MVP, currently available at studybud.com.
The growth has been pretty strong, with more than 500+ students (paying clients) and 800+ hours lessons delivered for a total of +40K CHF in less than 9 months from inception
